What counts as a "location"?

A location is a single licensed facility — one license number, one physical address. Multi-license facilities (e.g., a co-located cultivator and processor) count as one location only if they share a physical address and are operated as a single facility.

Are state-specific checklists included in every plan?

Yes. Platform-maintained checklists for every active state and license type are available on every plan.

Do you charge per user?

No. All plans include unlimited users. We don't want pricing that discourages you from giving every employee on the floor access to the compliance system they need to use.

How does Enterprise pricing work?

Enterprise pricing is custom and reflects facility count, support requirements, and any custom integrations. Typical enterprise contracts are annual with quarterly billing options.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes — upgrade any time, downgrade at the end of a billing cycle. We'll prorate where applicable.

What happens at the end of the trial?

Your data is preserved. Until you subscribe, the platform moves into a read-only state — you can export everything, you just can't add new data. No surprise charges.

Do you offer non-profit, social-equity, or new-license discounts?
