Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines acceptable and prohibited uses of the Verdaxi Service. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

2. You may not

  • Use the Service to violate any applicable law, including federal, state, or local law in the United States
  • Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights, contains malicious code, or is intended to harass or defame
  • Attempt to circumvent authentication, access controls, or rate limits
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the Service except as expressly permitted by law
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited marketing communications
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties except as authorized in writing
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service except where expressly permitted (e.g., our public API)
  • Conduct security research or penetration testing against the Service without prior written authorization (see Responsible Disclosure on our Security page)

3. Cannabis-specific use

The Service is intended for use by lawfully licensed cannabis operators in jurisdictions where cannabis is legal under applicable state law. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with the laws of the jurisdiction where you operate. Verdaxi does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee any specific compliance outcome.

4. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account, with or without notice depending on severity. We will use reasonable judgment to balance enforcement against operational continuity for our customers.

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
