Know exactly who's certified for what, and when it expires.

Responsible vendor training, security clearances, internal SOPs — every requirement, every employee, every renewal date.

Beyond a spreadsheet

Most operators track training in a spreadsheet. The spreadsheet doesn't fire alerts when a certification is about to expire. The spreadsheet doesn't get updated when an employee's role changes. The spreadsheet doesn't generate the training-matrix report a state inspector wants to see.

The training tracker does all of that.

What you get

A training matrix. Rows are employees, columns are requirements, cells are color-coded: compliant, expiring soon, expired, not started, in progress. Filter by facility, by role, by requirement type. Export as PDF or CSV — this is the document you hand an inspector when they ask.

State-mandated requirements pre-populated. When you add a new training requirement, the platform suggests the relevant state-mandated ones automatically. Oregon Responsible Vendor Training. Colorado MED requirements. We maintain the list.

Expiration alerts. Certifications with an expiration date trigger alerts at 90, 60, 30, 14, and 7 days. Alerts go to the employee, their compliance manager, and the org admin. Expiring certifications also show up on the compliance dashboard.

Certificates linked. When you log a training completion, you can attach the certificate file. It goes to the document vault under Employee Records, linked to both the employee and the training record.

Verification when it matters. Some training completions need second-person sign-off — for example, internal SOP-based training where one person trained, another person witnessed competency. The platform supports a verifier field on every record.

What sets us apart

  • Training matrix view — every employee against every requirement, color-coded by status.
  • State-mandated requirements pre-populated — Oregon Responsible Vendor, Colorado Marijuana Enforcement, more.
  • Expiration alerts on a schedule — 90, 60, 30, 14, 7 days before a certification lapses.
  • Verification field on completion — second-person sign-off when needed.
