SOPs that everyone has actually read.

Versioned, published, acknowledged, and tracked. The SOP binder in the back office is no longer your audit defense.

Beyond a folder full of PDFs

A binder of SOPs that nobody has read is worse than no SOPs — it gives you false confidence going into an inspection. The SOP manager replaces the binder with a system that knows who's required to acknowledge what, who's done it, and what version was effective when.

What you get

A real authoring experience. Rich-text editor with headings, lists, tables, image embeds, embedded YouTube training videos, and styled callouts (Note, Warning, Critical) for the things people need to actually notice. Read-only when published; click "Edit" to create a new draft version.

A real publishing workflow. Draft → submit for review → approve (or request changes) → publish. The reviewer can't be the same person as the author when configured that way. Approval is logged with timestamp, reviewer, and notes.

Side-by-side version diffs. When a new version goes up for review, the reviewer sees a structured diff of the changes — added segments highlighted, removed segments struck through. No more re-reading the entire procedure to find what moved.

A real acknowledgment system. Assign an SOP to specific users, roles, or every user at a facility. Set an acknowledgment deadline. The platform tracks who has acknowledged the current version, who's overdue, and sends reminders. When you publish a new version, the requirement to acknowledge resets — your team doesn't get to keep coasting on the old version.

A real audit trail. Every acknowledgment is immutable: the user, the timestamp, the IP address, the version they acknowledged. Previous versions are preserved. You can prove exactly what SOP was in effect on any historical date and exactly who had acknowledged it.

PDF export when you need it. Every published SOP exports to a print-ready PDF with a cover page (title, category, version, effective date, author, approval signatures section) and the full body — handed to an inspector or filed in a paper binder if you have to.

Templates included

Platform-provided SOP templates for cultivation, extraction and processing, testing, packaging and labeling, sales and dispensing, transportation, security, waste disposal, HR and training, sanitation, and emergency response. Clone, customize, publish.

What sets us apart

  • Publishing workflow — drafts go through review and approval before they take effect.
  • Acknowledgment tracking per version — every employee who needs to acknowledge an SOP, when they did, with full audit trail.
  • Side-by-side version diffs — compare any two versions with added and removed content highlighted, so reviewers know exactly what changed.
  • Embedded video — drop in YouTube training videos alongside written procedures so the SOP is the training, not a separate thing.
  • PDF export with cover page and signatures section — print or hand to an inspector without copy-pasting into Word.
