How it's calculated:
- Start at 100
- Open critical violation: -15
- Open severe violation: -8
- Open moderate violation: -4
- Corrective action overdue: -5
- Document expired: -3
- Certification expired: -2
- SOP acknowledgment overdue >7 days: -1
- Recent failed critical checklist item: -2
- Floor at 0
The score is recomputed when any underlying data changes — submit a checklist, close a violation, upload a renewed license — and the change is reflected immediately. No nightly batch job.
The dashboard
Open items at a glance. Stat cards for: open violations, overdue corrective actions, documents expiring within 30 days, SOP acknowledgments overdue, upcoming inspections within 14 days. Click through to the filtered list.
Upcoming deadlines. A merged list of inspection dates, document expirations (60-day horizon), corrective action due dates (14-day horizon), and certification expirations (30-day horizon). Sorted ascending, capped at the most urgent.
Recent activity. The last 15 audit log entries, formatted for humans: "Jane Smith submitted checklist 'Colorado Dispensary Self-Audit' · 2 hours ago."
Multi-facility view. For MSOs, a table of every facility: name, current health score, open violations, overdue actions, last inspection date and outcome. Click a row to scope all the dashboard widgets to that facility.
