Clone and customize. Pick the templates that match your facility, clone them into your organization, and customize as needed. The clone is yours — when we update the platform template, you decide whether to merge the changes or stay with your version.
Run on the floor. Mobile-friendly runner with a localStorage queue for spotty connectivity. Tap to pass or fail each item. Required items can't be skipped. Auto-save on every change. (A polished offline mode with sync indicators is on the near-term roadmap; the queue logic is already in place.)
Auto-generate violations. When a checklist run is submitted, every failed item creates a tracked violation linked back to the checklist run, the item, the regulatory citation, and the facility. Estimated fine exposure is pulled from per-state schedules so you can prioritize what to fix first. No manual data entry between auditing and remediation.
Regulatory updates, delivered
When a state changes its rules, our platform team builds an update batch — new items, updated guidance, citation changes — and routes it through a two-person review queue. On approval, the changes are atomically fanned out to every affected operator: a regulatory-update checklist appears on your dashboard with its own compliance deadline, items routed to the right functional roles, and a "My Regulatory Tasks" card so the right people see the work first.
