About the role

You'll be the first BDR on the team, working directly with our Sales Rep (and the founder) to build a repeatable outbound motion targeting cannabis operators across the US. This is a foundational role — you'll be helping us figure out what messaging, channels, and segments work, not running a pre-built playbook.

What you'll do

  • Build and run outbound sequences across email, LinkedIn, and phone
  • Qualify inbound demo requests and book them with the Sales Rep
  • Maintain CRM hygiene (we use a lightweight stack — Attio or HubSpot)
  • Test segmenting hypotheses (which states, which license types, which buyer titles convert best)
  • Attend trade shows and conferences with the team
  • Give pipeline visibility to the rest of the team

What we're looking for

  • 1–3 years of outbound experience in B2B SaaS (cannabis or other regulated industry a plus, not required)
  • Comfortable cold-emailing and cold-calling. Yes, both.
  • Detail-oriented in CRM and sequencing tools
  • Strong written communication — you'll be writing dozens of emails a day, and they have to land
  • US-based
